Cancellation Policy
Training Room/Bed Hire Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation with 14 Days or More Notice
Should you need to cancel your training room reservation with at least 14 days' notice before the scheduled booking date, we will provide a full credit note for the amount paid, which can be utilized for future bookings or services with Beauty Stuff Australia. This credit note will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.
2. Cancellation within 14 Days Notice Period
If the cancellation occurs within the 14 day notice period prior to the scheduled booking date, the 50% deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited. The remaining amount (if applicable) will be issued as a credit note, which can be used for future bookings or services with Beauty Stuff Australia. The credit note will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.
3. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation
Failure to notify us of a cancellation and a no-show on the scheduled booking date will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount, and no credit note will be issued.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your training room reservation, please provide written notice via email to shop@beautystuff.com.au or call our office at +61861837790. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours and proceed with the necessary arrangements accordingly.
5. Usage of Credit Notes
Credit notes issued as a result of cancellations can be used for any future training room bookings or services with Beauty Stuff Australia. When making a new reservation, please provide the credit note details to our booking coordinator for redemption.
6. Force Majeure
In the event that a cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.
